These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Just Become mobile application (the “App”) operated by On World Tech LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Just Become is an identity transformation app that provides daily ritual tracking, identity-based affirmations, and AI-powered reflections to support personal growth.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Just Become offers a free tier and a paid subscription (Just Become Pro)
Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings
Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policy

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create in the app, including identity declarations and personal reflections. We do not claim any rights to your content.

5. AI-Generated Content

The AI reflection feature uses Google Gemini to generate personalized content
AI-generated reflections are for personal inspiration and self-development purposes only
AI outputs should not be considered professional advice (medical, psychological, financial, or otherwise)
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI-generated content

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the App in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Just Become is a personal development tool and is not a substitute for professional therapy, counseling, or medical advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, On World Tech LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
