These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Just Grade mobile application (the “App”) operated by On World Tech LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Just Grade is a color grading application for iPhone video. It converts log and HDR footage, applies built-in looks and LUTs you import, provides grading controls and scopes, and exports graded video and still frames. All processing happens on your device. The App contains no advertising.

3. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

3.1 Just Grade Pro

  • The App is free to download and use. Optional Pro features are available through Just Grade Pro.
  • Just Grade Pro is offered as an auto-renewing yearly subscription ($19.99 USD per year) or as a one-time lifetime purchase ($49.99 USD). Prices may vary by region, and the price shown in the App at purchase applies.
  • The yearly subscription includes a 3-day free trial for new subscribers. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it converts to a paid yearly subscription.
  • The subscription renews automatically each year unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • You can manage or cancel the subscription in Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions.
  • The lifetime purchase is a one-time payment that does not renew, and it supports Family Sharing.
  • You can restore your purchases at any time from the App’s Settings (Restore Purchases).

3.2 Payment and Refunds

All purchases are processed through Apple’s App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Refund requests must be directed to Apple in accordance with their refund policy. We do not process payments or refunds directly.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of the videos, frames, LUTs, projects and recipes you create or bring into the App. We do not claim any rights to your content, and it is not sent to us. You are responsible for having the rights to the footage and LUTs you use.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the App in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, looks, and functionality are owned by On World Tech LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without our written permission.

7. Apple’s Standard EULA

Your use of the App is also subject to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If these Terms and that agreement conflict, these Terms apply to the extent permitted by Apple’s terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that exports will meet any particular technical standard. We disclaim all warranties including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, On World Tech LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, or data (including footage or projects), arising from your use of or inability to use the App. Keep copies of footage that matters to you.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the date above. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
